Sie\u00a0soll gleichzeitig als Ausgangspunkt f\u00fcr ein Netzwerk diversit\u00e4tsf\u00f6rdernder Akteur:innen dienen. Das Center widmet sich der Erforschung und F\u00f6rderung von Diversit\u00e4t im Rechtssystem, insbesondere in Justiz, Verwaltung, Anwaltschaft sowie (Rechts-)Wissenschaft. Kernst\u00fcck der wissenschaftlichen Arbeit ist die Erforschung struktureller Ungleichheitsmechanismen im Recht. Durch den Aufbau eines Netzwerks und dem damit einhergehenden (internationalen) Austausch werden wissenschaftliche Perspektiven auf Diversit\u00e4tsma\u00dfnahmen und auf Umsetzbarkeit bezogene Praxiserfahrungen miteinander verbunden.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Warum braucht es das Center?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Das Rechtssystem in Deutschland ist nach wie vor\u00a0von strukturellen Ungleichheiten gepr\u00e4gt\u00a0\u2013 es fehlt an Vielfalt und Perspektiven in personeller und rechtsanwendungsbezogener Hinsicht. Ziel des Centers ist es, durch empirische und rechtsdogmatische Forschung sowie Vernetzung und Austausch den Zugang zum Recht f\u00fcr marginalisierte und unterrepr\u00e4sentierte Gruppen zu verbessern. Somit wird gleichzeitig die Akzeptanz der rechtsstaatlichen und demokratischen Ordnung gest\u00e4rkt. Die Erforschung der Ursachen f\u00fcr strukturelle Ungleichheiten im Recht und deren Abbau soll insgesamt den Zugang zum Rechtssystem f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ziele und Aktivit\u00e4ten<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Forschung:<\/b> Rechtsempirische sowie -dogmatische Forschung soll dazu beitragen, Mechanismen der Exklusion aufzudecken sowie rechtliche Ans\u00e4tze zur F\u00f6rderung von Diversit\u00e4t bereitzustellen. Die Ergebnisse werden in einer Schriftenreihe sowie als Discussion Papers Series ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/li>\n<li><b>Vernetzung<\/b>: Der Austausch zwischen Praxis, Wissenschaft und Zivilgesellschaft soll erm\u00f6glicht und gef\u00f6rdert werden, um konkrete Verbesserungsma\u00dfnahmen zu diskutieren und ggf. (weiter) zu entwickeln. Im F\u00f6rderzeitraum sind neben der Auftaktkonferenz im Fr\u00fchling 2026 zwei weitere Konferenzen sowie zwei Workshops geplant.<\/li>\n<li><b>\u00d6ffentlichkeitsarbeit<\/b>: Durch Fachkonferenzen, Publikationen und Social Media Auftritte soll die \u00f6ffentliche Debatte rund um das Thema Diversit\u00e4t im Rechtssystem vorangetrieben werden.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>\n<h4><strong>Beteiligte<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Das Center wird von Prof. Dr. Emanuel V.
