Als Schl\u00fcssel zu leistungsf\u00e4higeren Universit\u00e4ten fordern 30 Mitglieder und Alumni der Jungen Akademie darin unter anderem die schrittweise Abschaffung des Lehrstuhlsystems und eine kostenneutrale Erh\u00f6hung der Anzahl der Professuren.<\/p>\n<p>Das von Mitgliedern und Alumni der Jungen Akademie getragene Positionspapier legt seinen Schwerpunkt auf die Universit\u00e4ten. Drei Schw\u00e4chen identifizieren die UnterzeichnerInnen als Kernprobleme des derzeitigen Systems: zum einen die geringe Attraktivit\u00e4t universit\u00e4rer Stellen und Karrierewege, insbesondere im internationalen Vergleich, zum zweiten mangelnde Dynamik und Innovationskraft der Forschung und schlie\u00dflich unzureichende Strukturen f\u00fcr die Aufnahme einer dauerhaft hohen Zahl von StudentInnen.<\/p>\n<p>Den Schl\u00fcssel zu leistungsf\u00e4higeren Universit\u00e4ten sehen die UnterzeichnerInnen in einer grundlegenden Reform der Personalstruktur. Konkret schlagen sie vor, das Lehrstuhlsystem schrittweise abzuschaffen und zugleich ohne Kostensteigerung die Zahl der Professuren und Juniorprofessuren zu erh\u00f6hen. Von dieser Reform erhoffen sie sich eine Entlastung von ProfessorInnen, bessere Perspektiven f\u00fcr j\u00fcngere WissenschaftlerInnen, eine h\u00f6here Qualit\u00e4t der Lehre und zugleich eine bessere Betreuungsrelation sowie nicht zuletzt eine Dynamisierung der universit\u00e4ren Forschung und bessere M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr Profilbildungen auch an kleineren Universit\u00e4ten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Junge Akademie<\/strong><br \/>\nDie Junge Akademie wurde im Jahr 2000 als gemeinsames Projekt der Berlin-Brandenburgischen Akademie der Wissenschaften (BBAW) und der Deutschen Akademie der Naturforscher Leopoldina gegr\u00fcndet. Sie ist weltweit die erste Akademie des wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchses. Die Junge Akademie wird gemeinsam von BBAW und Leopoldina getragen. Seit 2011 ist sie administrativ dauerhaft im Haushalt der Leopoldina verankert und wird finanziert vom Bundesministerium f\u00fcr Bildung und Forschung sowie den L\u00e4ndern Berlin, Brandenburg und Sachsen-Anhalt. Ihre f\u00fcnfzig Mitglieder, Nachwuchswissenschaftlerinnen und -wissenschaftler aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum, widmen sich dem interdisziplin\u00e4ren Diskurs und engagieren sich an den Schnittstellen von Wissenschaft und Gesellschaft.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die AG Wissenschaftspolitik: Nach der Exzellenzinitiative<\/strong><br \/>\nMit der Gr\u00fcndung einer interdisziplin\u00e4ren Arbeitsgruppe zur Wissenschaftspolitik hat die Junge Akademie sich zum Ziel gesetzt, die Debatte \u00fcber die Zukunft des deutschen Wissenschaftssystems nach dem Auslaufen der Exzellenzinitiative mitzuf\u00fchren, Vorschl\u00e4ge kritisch zu begleiten und eigene Vorschl\u00e4ge zu unterbreiten.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.towfigh.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/ja_logo.png\"
