Der Text provozierte vielf\u00e4ltige Reaktionen, und <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3790\/staa.51.1.117\"><strong>Ino Augsberg<\/strong> ver\u00f6ffentlichte in derselben Zeitschrift<\/a> eine scharf formulierte Replik gegen den \u00bbneuerdings erhobenen empiristischen Ton in der Rechtswissenschaft\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>Zehn Jahre sp\u00e4ter wollen wir die Diskussion in diesem <strong>R|E Online-Symposium<\/strong> noch einmal aufgreifen: Sind wir heute kl\u00fcger? Haben die Zeitl\u00e4ufte einer Seite Recht gegeben?
