Die bisherigen empirischen Befunde erlauben eine erste Analyse der Faktoren, die zur gegenw\u00e4rtigen Homogenit\u00e4t beitragen. Dem Rechtssystem fehlen nicht nur diverse Perspektiven, das Diversit\u00e4tsdefizit kann auch gesellschaftliche Akzeptanz- und Legitimationsprobleme nach sich ziehen. Der Essay macht Vorschl\u00e4ge f\u00fcr gleichberechtigte Teilhabe an den juristischen Berufsfeldern und l\u00e4dt ein zum Austausch \u00fcber Diversit\u00e4t als aktueller und dr\u00e4ngender Herausforderung f\u00fcr Wissenschaft und Praxis.
