April 2023 auf Einladung der EBS <a href=\"https:\/\/www.towfigh.net\/de\/diversity-refugee-law-clinic\">Diversity &amp; Refugee Law Clinic<\/a> und des Lehrstuhls f\u00fcr \u00d6ffentliches Recht, Empirische Rechtsforschung und Rechts\u00f6konomik (Prof. Towfigh) an der EBS Law School \u00fcber \u00bbAccess to Justice &#8211; Verfassungsbeschwerden im Migrationsrecht\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>Sie referierte \u00fcber die Bedeutung des Zugangs zum Recht und berichtete von H\u00fcrden und \u00dcberwindungsmechanismen dabei. Einen Schwerpunkt legte sie auf migrationsrechtliche Konstellationen.
