\u201eDer Vorschlag zur \u00c4nderung des Art. 56 der Verfassung des Landes Hessen begegnet keinen verfassungsrechtlichen Bedenken. Verfassungspolitisch<\/strong> ist ein hessisches Grundrecht auf Bildung zu begr\u00fc\u00dfen<\/strong>. Bildung ist f\u00fcr die Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsentwicklung eines jeden Menschen und seinem Zurechtfinden in der Gesellschaft von herausragender Bedeutung. Die Verankerung eines Rechts auf Bildung in der Verfassung des Landes Hessen tr\u00e4gt dem Rechnung und er\u00f6ffnet den hessischen B\u00fcrger:innen neue grundrechtliche Gew\u00e4hrleistungen. Hervorzuheben ist dabei der Gedanke des chancengleichen Zugangs zur Bildung, der die zentrale Gew\u00e4hrleistung des Rechts auf Bildung darstellt.\u201c<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
