Das BVerfG erkannte f\u00fcr Recht, dass der Schusswaffengebrauch auch nach DDR-Recht strafbar war und sah in der Verurteilung keinen Versto\u00df gegen das R\u00fcckwirkungsgebot (Art. 103 Abs. 2 GG).<\/p>\n<p>Professor Emanuel V.
