April 2024 hatten die Studierenden der Diversity &amp; Refugee Law Clinic die M\u00f6glichkeit an einem <strong>Workshop zum Thema Migrationsrecht<\/strong> teilzunehmen. Geleitet wurde dieser ehrenamtlich von Frau Rechtsanw\u00e4ltin <em>Mariela Witt<\/em>. Sie ist Fachanw\u00e4ltin f\u00fcr Migrationsrecht sowie Gr\u00fcnderin und Inhaberin der Berliner Rechts- und Wirtschaftskanzlei <a href=\"https:\/\/justeco-kanzlei.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Justeco<\/a>. Thematisiert wurde unter anderem die verschiedenen Schutzstatus f\u00fcr Schutzsuchende, aktuelle Gesetzes\u00e4nderung im Asyl- und Migrationsrecht sowie das Asylantragsverfahren.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-25918 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.towfigh.net\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/Logo-CMS_Stiftung_4C-CMYK-scaled-e1713299938435.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"256\" height=\"50\" \/> Durch die gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige finanzielle F\u00f6rderung der <strong>CMS Stiftung<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cms-stiftung.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.cms-stiftung.de<\/a>) konnte Verpflegung f\u00fcr die Teilnehmer:innen bereitgestellt werden. Die CMS Stiftung wurde im Oktober 2015 durch die internationale Anwaltssoziet\u00e4t CMS Deutschland ins Leben gerufen, um deren gesellschaftlicher Verantwortung wirkungsvoller nachzukommen. Alle Menschen sollen sich auf das Rechtssystem verlassen k\u00f6nnen &#8211; unabh\u00e4ngig von Herkunft, ihrem sozialen und famili\u00e4ren Status, Bildungshintergrund und finanziellen Mitteln.
