Die Konferenz \u00bbComparative AI Law: Regulating the Future – A Transnational Perspective\u00ab<\/strong> wird am 28. und 29. September 2024 an der Peking University School of Transnational Law<\/a> in Shenzhen, China, stattfinden.<\/p>\n

Die Veranstaltung befasst sich mit den rechtlichen und regulatorischen Herausforderungen, die sich aus der rasanten Entwicklung der KI-Technologien ergeben. Es soll untersucht werden, wie verschiedene L\u00e4nder mit Themen wie Datenschutz, Haftung, Rechte an geistigem Eigentum, Markttransformation, Inhaltsmoderation und den Auswirkungen von KI auf den Anwaltsberuf umgehen.<\/p>\n

In einer Reihe von Podiumsdiskussionen werden Experten die KI-Vorschriften aus verschiedenen globalen Perspektiven vergleichen und die Notwendigkeit interoperabler und effektiver rechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen hervorheben. Ziel ist es, Einblicke in die globale KI-Regulierungslandschaft zu gewinnen und verantwortungsvolle KI-Innovation und Governance zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n

Die Konferenz wird von Gilad ABIRI<\/em><\/a>, DAI Xin<\/em><\/a> und Emanuel TOWFIGH<\/em> organisiert und von der Peking University School of Transnational Law und dem BRYTER Center for Digitalization & Law<\/a> gesponsert.<\/p>\n
