September 2024 feierte das <em><a href=\"https:\/\/germanlawjournal.com\/\"><strong>German Law Journal<\/strong><\/a><\/em> sein 25-j\u00e4hriges Bestehen in einem besonderen Festakt im Harnack-Haus der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft in Berlin. Die Veranstaltung bot einen inspirierenden R\u00fcckblick auf die Entwicklung des Journals, spannende Diskussionen \u00fcber die Gegenwart und einen vision\u00e4ren Ausblick auf die Zukunft. Erster H\u00f6hepunkt des Programms waren die Reden des deutschen Justizministers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fdp.de\/person\/marco-buschmann\"><strong>Dr. Marco Buschmann<\/strong><\/a>, der den Einfluss des <em>GLJ<\/em> auf die Rechtswissenschaft betonte, sowie des polnischen Justizministers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.pl\/web\/primeminister\/adam-bodnar\"><strong>Adam Bodnar<\/strong><\/a>, der zu Beginn seiner (wissenschaftlichen) Karriere selbst im <em>GLJ<\/em> ver\u00f6ffentlicht hatte und dem Projekt und seinen Tr\u00e4gern seither freundschaftlich verbunden ist.<\/p>\n<p><a style=\"text-align: center\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bmj.de\/SharedDocs\/Reden\/DE\/2024\/0920_German_Law_Journal_Deutsch.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aus der Rede von Marco Buschmann<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;Das <em>Journal<\/em> war nie nur ein Erkl\u00e4rblatt f\u00fcr deutsches Verfassungsrecht. Von Anfang an war es ein Forum f\u00fcr die transnationale wechselseitige Unterrichtung und Reflexion \u00fcber Rechtssysteme und Rechtskulturen in all ihrer Vielf\u00e4ltigkeit und Unterschiedlichkeit. Wer Entwicklungen in europ\u00e4ischem Recht, internationalem Recht und Rechtsvergleichung verstehen will, muss diese Zeitschrift im Blick haben. Sie holen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig auch andere Disziplinen ins Boot und bereichern die internationale Perspektive noch durch die interdisziplin\u00e4re.&#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Die Veranstaltung wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/law.mpg.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Max Planck Law<\/a>\u00a0und\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cambridge.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cambridge University Press<\/a>\u00a0organisiert.<\/p>\n<p>Das <em>German Law Journal<\/em> hat sich seit seiner Gr\u00fcndung vor 25 Jahren zu einer der f\u00fchrenden internationalen Plattformen f\u00fcr den transnationalen wissenschaftlichen Austausch \u00fcber Fragen des Rechts in seiner ganzen Breite entwickelt. Als Open-Access-Journal publiziert es frei zug\u00e4nglich Beitr\u00e4ge aus unterschiedlichsten Rechtstraditionen und tr\u00e4gt so zu einer schrankenlosen globalen Debatte bei.<\/p>\n<div
