Towfigh<\/em>, <em>Dr. Susanna Ro\u00dfbach<\/em> und <em>Selim \u00d6zg\u00fcc<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>In dem Gespr\u00e4ch wurde unter anderem diskutiert, warum Frauen und Personen mit Migrationshintergrund in den m\u00fcndlichen Pr\u00fcfungen der Staatsexamina schlechter benotet werden als m\u00e4nnliche Pr\u00fcflinge ohne Migrationshintergrund und welche Rolle die Zusammensetzung der Pr\u00fcfungskommission dabei spielt. Au\u00dferdem wurde thematisiert, wie eine inklusive Lehre gestaltet werden kann und warum es ein zentraler Teil der Ausbildung ist, Jurastudierende f\u00fcr Diskriminierung und die Lebenswirklichkeit anderer Menschen zu sensibilisieren.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00bbEs ist mit H\u00e4nden zu greifen, dass bestimmte Gruppen unterrepr\u00e4sentiert sind in staatlichen Institutionen, in der Rechtspraxis, aber genauso auch in der Rechtswissenschaft. [\u2026] Der Hintergrund insgesamt dieser Fragestellung ist, dass es Fragen aufwirft, um Akzeptanz des Rechtsstaats und Teilhabe an den demokratischen Institutionen, wenn systematisch bestimmte Gruppen exkludiert werden.
