November 2024 an der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?client=safari&amp;rls=en&amp;q=pku+stl&amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;oe=UTF-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Peking University School of Transnational Law (STL)<\/a> in Shenzhen\/China einen Vortrag zum Thema <strong>\u00bbEquality, Climate Change and Future Generations\u00ab<\/strong>. Der Vortrag behandelte die Herausforderungen des Klimawandels und dessen Auswirkungen auf Gleichheit und die Rechte k\u00fcnftiger Generationen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen der von Prof. Dr. Emanuel V. Towfigh an der STL gehaltenen Vorlesungsreihe <strong>\u00bbLaw &amp; Economics\u00ab <\/strong>gestalteten Prof. Petersen und Prof. Towfigh zudem eine gemeinsame Vorlesung, die auf ihrem Buch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.towfigh.net\/de\/forschung\/3-auflage-von-oekonomische-methoden-im-recht-erschienen-open-access.html\"><strong>\u00bb\u00d6konomische Methoden im Recht \u2013 Eine Einf\u00fchrung f\u00fcr Juristen\u00ab<\/strong><\/a> (Mohr Siebeck Verlag) basierte. Im Anschluss an den Vortrag fand eine lebhafte Diskussion mit den Studierenden statt, die zu vielf\u00e4ltigen Perspektiven auf die behandelten Themen f\u00fchrte.
