Mai 2025 war <a href=\"https:\/\/www.towfigh.net\/de\/promotion\/alexander-gleixner.html\"><em>Alexander Gleixner<\/em><\/a>, ehemaliger wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl von Prof. Dr. <em>Emanuel Towfigh<\/em>, auf Einladung der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.towfigh.net\/de\/drlc-willkommen\"><em>Diversity &amp; Refugee Law Clinic<\/em><\/a> an der <em>EBS Universit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Wirtschaft und Recht<\/em> zu Gast. In seinem Vortrag pr\u00e4sentierte er zentrale Erkenntnisse aus seiner Dissertation, in der er sich mit dem <strong>Gleichheitsgrundsatz im Verwaltungsverfahren<\/strong> auseinandersetzt.
