Juni 2025 veranstaltete das <a href=\"https:\/\/germanlawjournal.com\">German Law Journal<\/a>\u00a0in Zusammenarbeit mit\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/id.univie.ac.at\/team\/univ-prof-dr-iris-eisenberger-msc-lse\/\">Iris Eisenberger<\/a> von der Universit\u00e4t Wien eine neue Ausgabe seines traditionellen <strong>Transatlantischen Seminars<\/strong>. In der \u00f6sterreichischen Hauptstadt kamen Wissenschaftler:innen und Studierende von beiden Seiten des Atlantiks zusammen, um aktuelle rechtliche Fragestellungen aus transnationaler und rechtsvergleichender Perspektive zu diskutieren.<\/p>\n<p>An zwei intensiven Tagen wurden im Rahmen von Vortr\u00e4gen, Kommentaren und offenen Diskussionen Themen wie Justizreformen, Migrationsrecht, Verbraucherschutz und die Regulierung neuer Technologien interdisziplin\u00e4r und tiefgr\u00fcndig behandelt. Das Format des Seminars f\u00f6rderte dabei nicht nur fachliche Tiefe, sondern auch methodische Reflexion.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus bot das Seminar Gelegenheit zum Austausch zwischen den Herausgeber:innen und den studentischen Redakteur:innen des Journals. Gemeinsame Mahlzeiten sowie Besuche beim Verfassungsgerichtshof, im \u00f6sterreichischen Parlament und in der Wiener Staatsoper trugen zu einer lebendigen und verbindenden Atmosph\u00e4re bei. So wurde das Seminar nicht nur zu einer Quelle intellektueller Inspiration, sondern auch zu einem Ort des gemeinschaftlichen Erlebens.
