Dabei konnten die Mitglieder nicht nur ihre fachlichen Kenntnisse zu arbeitsrechtlichen Problemen vertiefen und weiterentwickeln, sondern wertvolle Einblicke in die T\u00e4tigkeit von Dr. <em>Klocke<\/em> als Rechtsanw\u00e4ltin gewinnen.<\/p>\n<p>Besonders die bereitgestellten Fallbeispiele aus der Praxis machten den Umgang mit den komplexen <strong>arbeitsrechtlichen Herausforderungen<\/strong> greifbar. Die angeregten Fragen der Teilnehmenden f\u00fchrten zu einer lebendigen <strong>gesellschafts- und rechtspolitischen Diskussion<\/strong>, die \u00fcber die behandelten Themen &#8211; K\u00fcndigungsschutz, Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz und Schutz der Arbeitgeber &#8211; hinausging.
