Besonderer Fokus wurde auf die rechtlichen Unterschiede von <strong>Glaubensfreiheit und s\u00e4kularer Ordnung<\/strong> in Deutschland und Israel gelegt. Diese wurden zun\u00e4chst von Prof. Dr. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ebs.edu\/lehrende\/friehe-matthias\"><em>Matthias Friehe<\/em><\/a> und Prof. Dr. <a href=\"https:\/\/en.law.huji.ac.il\/people\/sharon-shakargy\"><em>Sharon Shakargy<\/em><\/a> beleuchtet und sodann in einer lebhaften Diskussion mit den Teilnehmenden<em>\u00a0<\/em>und Prof. Dr. <em>Emanuel V. Towfigh<\/em>\u00a0vertieft und debattiert.<\/p>\n<p>Im Anschluss an die Veranstaltung fand das diesj\u00e4hrige<strong> Sommerfest<\/strong> der <em>EBS Diversity &amp; Refugee Law Clinic <\/em>statt<em>.\u00a0<\/em>Hierzu hatten s\u00e4mtliche Mitglieder Getr\u00e4nke und Essen bereitgestellt. Das Fest markierte nicht nur den <strong>gelungenen Abschluss des Abends<\/strong>, sondern diente der Zusammenkunft nach einer intensiven und erfolgreichen Arbeitsphase.
