Helena Kaim studierte Politik- und Rechtswissenschaften an der Universit\u00e4t M\u00fcnster sowie an der Universit\u00e9 de Bordeaux in Frankreich. Sie schloss ihr Studium 2024 mit einem Schwerpunkt im V\u00f6lker- und Europarecht und im franz\u00f6sischen Recht ab.<\/p>\n

Ihre wissenschaftliche Seminararbeit verfasste sie zum Thema \u00bbPublic Interest Environmental Litigation in India and The Role of Judicial Activism\u00ab.<\/p>\n

Seit M\u00e4rz 2025 ist sie Doktorandin und Projektmitarbeiterin am Center for Diversity in Law<\/a>, welches am Max-Planck-Institut<\/a>\u00a0in Heidelberg angesiedelt ist und von\u00a0Prof. Dr. Emanuel V. Towfigh<\/a> und Prof. Dr. Iris Canor<\/a> geleitet wird. Im Rahmen ihrer Dissertation besch\u00e4ftigt sie sich mit dem Potenzial des Konzepts der \u201eVulnerabilit\u00e4t\u201c im (postkategorialen) Antidiskriminierungsrecht.
