Im Neuen Forum sprachen <em><a class=\"external external_icon\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rewi.europa-uni.de\/de\/professuren\/buergerl-recht-digitalisierung\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prof. Dr. Ann-Marie Kaulbach<\/a><\/em>\u00a0(Europa-Universit\u00e4t Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder)),\u00a0<em><a class=\"external external_icon\" href=\"https:\/\/legalnerd.de\/karriereportal\/legal-influencer\/victoria-fricke\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Victoria Fricke, LL.M.<\/a> (McGill) <\/em>(Rechtsreferendarin),\u00a0<em><a class=\"external external_icon\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ebs.edu\/lehrende\/gutmann-tobias\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prof. Dr. Tobias Gutmann<\/a><\/em> (EBS Business School) und <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.towfigh.net\/de\/lebenslauf\">Prof. Dr. Emanuel V. Towfigh<\/a><\/em> (EBS Law School) \u00fcber die neusten Entwicklungen und didaktischen Herausforderungen, die sich durch den technologischen Fortschritt insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit Large Language Models ergeben. Die Moderation \u00fcbernahm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.towfigh.net\/de\/teams\/bryter-center-team\/johannes-felsner\"><em>Johannes Felsner<\/em><\/a>, wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl von Prof. Dr. Towfigh.<\/p>\n<p>Deutlich wurde, dass die derzeitigen Pr\u00fcfungsformate durchdacht und der Zeit angepasst werden m\u00fcssen. Allerdings konnte auch herausgearbeitet werden, dass sich einige Herausforderungen in der Hochschullehre nicht durch die alleinige Anwendung von k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz bew\u00e4ltigen oder beeinflussen lassen.
