Der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrat.de\/DE\/Home\/home_node.html\"><em>Unabh\u00e4ngige Kontrollrat<\/em><\/a> ist dabei mehr als nur eine weitere Beh\u00f6rde; er ist die direkte Antwort des Gesetzgebers auf das wegweisende <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bundesverfassungsgericht.de\/SharedDocs\/Entscheidungen\/DE\/2020\/05\/rs20200519_1bvr283517.html?nn=68080\">Urteil des Bundesverfassungsgerichts zur Ausland-Ausland-Fernmeldeaufkl\u00e4rung des Bundesnachrichtendienstes (BND) vom 19.
