Am 22. Januar 2026 er\u00f6ffneten Prof. Dr. Emanuel V. Towfigh<\/em> und Dr. Alexander Gleixne<\/a>r<\/em> gemeinsam die neue Veranstaltungsreihe \u00bbBest Practice Mediendidaktik\u00ab der Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Didaktik der Rechtswissenschaft (GfDR)<\/b><\/a>. Im Rahmen eines virtuellen Brown Bag Lunch pr\u00e4sentierten sie ihr Projekt \u00bbSmartbook Grundrechte<\/a>\u00ab<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Die juristische Ausbildung ist traditionell durch eine hohe Formkonstanz gepr\u00e4gt; Lehrmaterialien wie Lehrb\u00fccher, Skripte oder Pr\u00e4sentationen haben sich \u00fcber Jahrzehnte hinweg didaktisch kaum weiterentwickelt. Mit dem \u00bb<\/b>Smartbook Grundrechte\u00ab<\/b> pr\u00e4sentierten Prof. Towfigh<\/em> und Dr. Gleixner<\/em> ein konkretes Innovationsbeispiel, das diese statischen Strukturen aufbricht. Ziel des Projekts ist es, durch die gezielte Gestaltung von Lehrmaterialien neue Verbesserungspotentiale in der Wissensvermittlung zu erschlie\u00dfen und die juristische Fachdidaktik nachhaltig zu modernisieren.<\/p>\n

Die GfDR, die im November 2024 an der Ruhr-Universit\u00e4t Bochum<\/b><\/a> gegr\u00fcndet wurde, dient hierbei als zentrales Forum f\u00fcr den Austausch \u00fcber innovative Lehrkonzepte. Die neue Reihe soll k\u00fcnftig regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Best-Practice-Beispiele vorstellen, um einen diskursiven Zusammenhang \u00fcber die Gestaltungsm\u00f6glichkeiten moderner juristischer Lehre zu stiften.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
