{"id":28260,"date":"2026-05-06T15:18:09","date_gmt":"2026-05-06T13:18:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.towfigh.net\/de\/?p=28260"},"modified":"2026-05-06T15:39:49","modified_gmt":"2026-05-06T13:39:49","slug":"anregender-austausch-im-workshop-diversitaet-im-oeffentlichen-dienst-als-public-value","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.towfigh.net\/de\/news\/anregender-austausch-im-workshop-diversitaet-im-oeffentlichen-dienst-als-public-value.html","title":{"rendered":"<em>Helena Kaim<\/em> und <em>Benedikt Surmann<\/em> im Workshop der F\u00f6V Speyer zu Diversit\u00e4t im \u00f6ffentlichen Dienst"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vergangene Woche waren wir als Center for Diversity in Law zu Gast in der Workshopreihe \u00bb<strong>Diversit\u00e4t im \u00f6ffentlichen Dienst als Public Value \u2013 Ma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr mehr Vielfalt im \u00f6ffentlichen Dienst\u00ab<\/strong>\u00a0des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foev-speyer.de\">Deutschen Forschungsinstituts f\u00fcr \u00f6ffentliche Verwaltung Speyer<\/a> unter der Leitung von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni-speyer.de\/lehrstuehle\/level-2-3\/prof-dr-constanze-janda\/lehrstuhlinhaberin\">Prof.\u2019in Dr. <em>Constanze Janda<\/em><\/a> und mit Unterst\u00fctzung von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foev-speyer.de\/ueber-uns\/team\/personen\/hermann-helen\/\"><em>Helen Hermann<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Den Einstieg gab <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diversity.center\/teams\/diversity-center-team\/benedikt-alexander-surmann\"><em>Benedikt Surmann<\/em><\/a> mit einem empirischen Input zu Diversit\u00e4t der Jurastudierenden als potenzieller Recruiting-Pool f\u00fcr die \u00f6ffentliche Verwaltung. Nach eigenen Auswertungen der Studierendenbefragung des DZHW im Hinblick auf Geschlechterverteilung, Migrationsgeschichte, sozio-\u00f6konomischer Hintergrund und Bildungsherkunft zeichnete er ein teilweise erwartbares, teilweise sogar \u00fcberraschendes Bild der zuk\u00fcnftigen Jurist:innen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.diversity.center\/teams\/diversity-center-team\/helena-kaim\"><em>Helena Kaim<\/em> <\/a>folgte mit einer juristischen Einordnung von \u00bbweichen\u00ab und \u00bbharten\u00ab Diversit\u00e4tsma\u00dfnahmen insbesondere im Hinblick auf Art. 3 und Art. 33 Abs. 2 des Grundgesetzes. Sie verwies dabei insbesondere auf die aktuelle Debatte um die \u00bbBewerber:innenquote\u00ab in Bezug auf Personen mit Migrationsgeschichte nach dem Berliner Partizipationsgesetz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Im Anschluss gab Dr. <em>Sonja Dudek<\/em> von der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.berlin.de\/sen\/lads\/\">Berliner Landesstelle f\u00fcr Gleichbehandlung \u2013 gegen Diskriminierung (LADS)<\/a> einen spannenden und sehr konkreten Einblick in die Praxis. Neben der Landesstelle stellte sie das Angebot der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.berlin.de\/sen\/lads\/sensibilisierung\/lads-akademie\/\">LADS-Akademie<\/a>, das Leitbild Weltoffenes Berlin sowie das aktuelle Diversity-Landesprogramm 2.0 vor. In diesem Kontext beleuchtete sie den Mehrwert von Leitbildern, die Herausforderungen beim Angebot von verpflichtenden Diversity-Trainings und den Vorteil von einheitlichen Standards und messbaren Indikatoren an Stelle von Handlungsempfehlungen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei den Organisatorinnen sowie bei den Teilnehmenden f\u00fcr die Fragen und anregende Diskussion u.a. um die \u00bb<em>leaky pipline<\/em>\u00ab, das Prinzip der Bestenauslese und die Inklusion von Betroffenen bei der Konzeption von Diversity-Trainings.<\/p>\n<p><em style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Hinweis<\/strong>: Im Rahmen der Workshopreihe \u201eDiversit\u00e4t im \u00f6ffentlichen Dienst als Public Value\u201c der F\u00f6V Speyer folgen in diesem Jahr noch ein Erfahrungsaustausch zu den Integrationsgesetzen der Bundesl\u00e4nder sowie ein Workshop zur Rolle der Personalverantwortlichen. Als Abschluss der Workshopreihe werden die Erkenntnisse aus den Workshops in einer \u201eToolbox\u201c f\u00fcr die Verwaltung zusammengefasst und Anfang 2027 vorgestellt.
