Die Vorlesung Kommunalrecht beginnt am 19. Oktober 2010. Sie findet dienstags von 14 – 16 Uhr (c.t.) im J3 statt; der letzte Termin ist der 1. Februar 2011.<\/p>\n

Hinweis zur Klausurbesprechung und -r\u00fcckgabe:<\/a><\/b> Die Klausur wird am Donnerstag, 07. April 2011, 08.00 Uhr s.t. im J 5 durch Herrn Ass. iur. Christian H\u00f6rstrup (Wiss. Mitarbeiter, Kommunalwissenschaftliches Institut) besprochen. Die R\u00fcckgabe der Klausur erfolgt zu Beginn des Besprechungstermins. Klausuren, die nicht in der Besprechung abgeholt wurden, liegen am n\u00e4chsten Tag an der \u00d6ffentlich-rechtlichen Bibliothek, Raum 214 (sog. Glaskasten) zur Abholung bereit. Eine Remonstration ist nur nach Teilnahme an der Besprechung zul\u00e4ssig (\u00a7 12 Abs. 1 Satz 2 Alt. 2 Pr\u00fcfO). Die Teilnahme ist durch den Dozenten zu best\u00e4tigen.<\/p>\n
