The thesis is entitled <strong>\u00bbConflicts of Interest of Members of the Bundestag\u00ab<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Jan Zepf<\/em> worked as a research assistant at the Chair from December 2021 to December 2023. During this time, he researched and published on topics including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.towfigh.net\/en\/research\/cooperation-and-corporation-the-development-of-a-general-corporate-law.html\">general corporate law<\/a> with <em>Prof. Dr.<\/em> <em>Emanuel V.
