On 25 and 26 October 2023, EBS Law School students went on an excursion to the Federal Administrative Court<\/strong> in Leipzig. This was supported by the partner law firm of EBS Heuking K\u00fchn L\u00fcer Wojtek<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As part of the excursion, the students were able to take part in an expert discussion<\/strong> with the President of the Federal Administrative Court, Prof. Dr. Korbmacher<\/em>. They were also able to attend a hearing on the topic of \u00bbPermission to acquire a narcotic for suicide\u00ab<\/strong>, with an introduction by Administrative Court Judge Dr. Thomas><\/em>. After the hearing, the students were given a guided tour<\/strong> of the administrative court building by Dr. K\u00f6hler<\/em>.<\/p>\n
