In the Special Issue of the German journal »Rechtswissenschaft« [Legal Scholarship], Prof. Dr. Emanuel V. Towfigh and Alexander Gleixner present both the background and the objectives of the textbook »Smartbook Grundrechte« [Smartbook Fundamental Rights].
