During the EBS graduation ceremony at the Kurhaus Wiesbaden, the dissertation of our former research associate Alexander Gleixner on the topic »The Right to Non-Discriminatory Procedural Design«  was awarded the SRH Social Impact Thesis Award 2025.

The work addresses the question of how judicial and administrative procedures can be designed to ensure equality and non-discrimination, thereby strengthening fundamental principles of the rule of law. The dissertation was supervised by Prof. Dr. Emanuel V. Towfigh.
