Dissertation topic: Claim to non-discriminatory procedural design

Alexander Gleixner studied Law at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in Wiesbaden and at IE University in Madrid. He completed his Law degree (focus: Public Commercial Law) in 2020 with the First State Examination in Law. In the same year, he also obtained a Master’s degree in Economics (topic of the Master’s thesis: Price Individualization through the Use of Algorithms in Online Retailing).

From 2020 until 2023, Alexander Gleixner was a Junior Researcher and PhD Candidate at the Chair of Professor Dr. Emanuel V. Towfigh. In the context of his dissertation, he is dealing with the development of a general claim to non-discriminatory procedural design in administrative law.

In 2022, Prof. Dr. Emanuel V. Towfigh and Alexander Gleixner published the Smartbook Fundamental Rights: A hybrid textbook with 67 instructional videos.
