Student Assistant

Liu Haoyang graduated from Liaoning University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Finance. He is currently a Juris Doctor (Common Law) and Juris Master (Chinese Law) candidate at Peking University School of Transnational Law. His research focuses on securities regulation, corporate governance and law and economics.

As part of his work with Professor Towfigh, he is responsible for the translation of lecture materials.
