Max Paterson is the US Managing Director at BRYTER, a leading no-code automation platform. A lawyer by trade and technologist by interest, Max helps major law firms and Fortune 500 companies navigate the complexities of citizen development, automation, AI, workflows, and implementing products to complement service delivery. Over his legal tech career Max has been an adjunct professor at Cornell Law School, won the Global Legal Hackathon, presented at major legal tech events, and was named the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) Young Professional to Watch. Prior to BRYTER, Max was the Chief Customer Officer at Neota.

With an LLM from Cornell Law School, JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, and as a Visiting Researcher in law and computer science at Stanford, Max complements his legal education with a passion for technology.
