Dissertation topic: The Transformation of Communication Architecture through Digital Platforms

Svea Alberti studied Law and Economics at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in Wiesbaden (Germany) and at Pace University in New York (USA). She completed her Law degree under the tutelage of Prof. Dr. Emanuel V. Towfigh and Prof. Dr. Tim Florstedt with a spezialisiation in Digitalization and Law. She also obtained a Master’s degree in Economics (topic of the Master’s Thesis: The Commodification of Legal Services).

Since July 2022, Svea Alberti has been a Junior Researcher and PhD Candidate at the Chair of Prof. Dr. Emanuel V. Towfigh. Her role within the Chair is to serve as a liaison for the BRYTER Center for Digitalization and Law, which, as a center for innovation in law, is dedicated to various legal issues raised by digitization. In her Thesis, Svea Alberti will also deal with Digital Law.
