The ICON-S Annual Conference 2025 took place from July 28 to 30, 2025, at the University of Brasília in Brazil. The conference brought together international legal experts under the main theme: »At the Crossroads of Public Law: Equality, Climate Emergency, and Democracy in the Digital Era«.
The program for the three-day meeting was structured around central discussion strands that reflected current global crises and developments in Public Law. A significant part of the academic exchange was dedicated to the constitutional implications of technological developments and anti-discrimination law.
